The information goes at the top of the form and what prints is up to you! We can also print your one-color logo at no additional cost. There is an upgrade option for full color. Full color logos print as is on the white part. This auto sales work order form is fully customizable upon request. The top of the form holds the customer name, address and phone numbers. This section also includes their vehicle make, model, year and vin number. The payment options as well as the warranty sits inside three boxes. The large table in the center of the form holds 11 lines for job description, size and amount. There is an additional 5 lines for describing the vehicle color, a purchase order number and a tax exempt number. The top left has two checkboxes to denote pick-up or delivery. The date the work order was made goes top right. Further customize your order by choosing whether or not to staple your forms into books of 50. You also have the option of 2 or 3 part carbonless paper. The first page will copy through to the other parts. We even have an option of adding consecutive number to your form.
