In the very center of the parts description column there is a captain’s wheel. The rest of the form records customer name, address, and payment type. The consecutive numbering is optional and prints at the bottom left corner. This custom register forms prints with your company name, phone, address and advertisement line. The body of the form prints as shown but you have the option of printing your details in blue or black ink. If you have a logo, upload it when placing your order. The logo will print in one color next to your company information. This is the only customization available for this register receipt.
