We can also print your logo at no additional cost! Your logo prints in either blue, black or upgrade to full color. The full color logo prints on the white part only. There is enough space to include a list of services, additional locations or to display your logo. Aside from your company information, the lines and text are customizable upon request. This simple invoice is perfect for companies that require only minimal information for their records. The form includes date and job name. There are three lines under job name for writing out the address and customer name. The box has 16 lines with a thick border around it. A “thank you” watermark in scripted font prints behind the lines. This box will be perfect for materials, totals or job instructions. The form is so simple that your company can use it for anything. Additional order customizations include 2 or 3 part NCR paper, consecutive numbering and books. The consecutive numbering prints on the top right in either red or black ink.
